GENERAL INFORMATION

Payment. By submitting payment in connection with any such purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and you acknowledge that you have fully read this disclaimer and terms and conditions of service and that you expressly understand, and willingly agree to the Purchase Policy and all other terms of this Agreement. All fees and/or prices are always quoted in United States dollars (US$). Prices of products and/or “services” are subject to change with no given notice.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

If any item in your cart is on pre-ordered status, your entire order will ship once the item is released. Please be mindful of this. 

 

Return. All sales are final. All purchases of products and/or (“services”) are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you have selected before you finalize your order. Please click and read the product description for each product. We do not accept returns for any reason not related to a mistake at our end. The products we offer are all-natural and, as such, may vary in color, consistency, and aroma from batch to batch.

 

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 

In the rare event that we decide to accept a return or exchange (where there was no error on our part or defect with the item), we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note this, before sending an item back.

Business Operation. We operate our business Monday thru Fridays during the business hours 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding observed western USA holidays.

 

Shipping & Handling. There may be times due to the volume of orders that time delay in receiving and/or shipping orders. Spark Essentials ships via USPS, which generally takes 2-4 day delivery time. We are not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit time is controlled and operated by the carrier, may exclude weekends and holidays, and vary with destination and peak periods. If you have not received your package after 7 days, please notify us. All products ordered on a business day after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped on the next following business day.​​

 

Shipping outside the USA. All orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Spark Essentials is and will not be responsible for any import fees that your country may impose. The estimated international shipping time is 5-14 days. We are not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit time is controlled and operated by the carrier, may exclude weekends and holidays, and vary with destination and peak periods.

 

Defective Product. If in the event, you received a defective product or the wrong item. Please contact us within 10 days of your receipt of the product. “ Defective” means that the product did not work in the way it was intended to once removed from the package.

 

Out of Stock Items. We make small batches of each product and so it is general that products will be listed as “out of stock”. In the event you placed an order for a product that becomes out of stock we will alert you, send you a corrected invoice, and/or refund using the payment information provided at checkout; whichever is most appropriate. You will need to re-order the product once it becomes available.
